  • We are primarily real estate investors and we primarily purchase properties for our own company and our investors and partners invest with us in our projects. 

  • We have opened up an advisory arm to address the segment of the market that needs professional guidance in order to make effective decisions within an industry that can be complicated, deceitful at times, and volatile.

  • When working with PB Real Estate group, you will have access to all the same resources that make up the group of experts that are part of our team.  Please note that the group we have accumulated are all stars and most don't work with regular smaller investors, and if they do decide to work with a smaller investors, they generally charge a minimum of 2 x the prices that we have negotiated with them.

Our vision at PB Real Estate Group is to assist all of our partners and clients to make real estate investing decisions at the same level that seasoned real estate professionals do.  Our goal is to maintain a family style culture by remaining as a boutique investment and consulting firm that works with only a handful of high net worth individuals and with a small handful of very sizable corporations. We intend to aid all of our partners and clients in building wealth, while simultaneously, substantially increasing their passive cash flow.

 

For our investing partners, we offer a unique opportunity for them to invest in the same projects that we do, regardless of their previous real estate investing experience.  Most of our investment partners are passive investors and they rely on PB Real Estate Group to handle every single aspect of the projects.

FOUNDER AND CEO

Parou is responsible for the company’s overall business strategy and day-to-day operations.  He has partnered and advised some of the largest privately owned real estate companies in the nation.

He is an investor himself and never recommends a deal or advises on a course of action that he wouldn't take hiself.  

Parou brings more than 25 years of business and financial experience and over 13 years of real estate experience to the table.
